Thick Curd
1 Cup
Ground nut / Pea nut
1/2 Cup
Green Chillies
2-3
Salt
To Taste

Steps

  1. Roast the peanut in a pan without adding oil until dark brown. Allow the peanuts to cool.
  2. Grind the green chilies and roasted peanuts. Alter the number of green chilies based on how hot a dip you prefer.
  3. Mix the ground mixture, salt and curd. If the dip is too thick, add couple of table spoons of water and stir well.
