Split Black Chickpeas
Yellow pigeon peas
Split Black Gram
Dried Red Cili
Split green gram
- Dry roast Chickpeas, Pigeon Peas, Black Gram, Green Gram, Sesame Seeds and Ground nut until lightly brown.
- Dry roast Red chillies
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.
- Allow the mixture to cool. Grind to powder ( I prefer the powder to be slightly grainy to give it some texture)
