Ingredients

Split Black Chickpeas
3 Tablespoons
Yellow pigeon peas
3 Tablespoons
Split Black Gram
2 Tablespoons
Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons
Salt
To Taste
Dried Red Cili

Groundnut
1 Tablespoon
Split green gram
0.5 Teaspoon

Steps

  1. Dry roast Chickpeas, Pigeon Peas, Black Gram, Green Gram, Sesame Seeds and Ground nut until lightly brown.
  2. Dry roast Red chillies
  3. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add salt.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool. Grind to powder ( I prefer the powder to be slightly grainy to give it some texture)
